BKK Trip * Part 1*

Hello readers! Are you exciting with my BKK post? I am so excited and I have so much to share with and I don't know where to start from.... ><


Actually there are 4 of us joining this trip at the first but one of our friend FFK due to some personal reason, so left 3 of us :) 

Let's start with our accommodation in BKK! Before flying to BKK, we did alot of research bout the accommodation, transport, food, interesting places......... and luckily we found this awesome hotel which is near to BTS station. It's really convenient for us as a tourist! 

We stay in Bangkok City Hotel ~~~~ I found this hotel through recommendation of a friend and really thanks her for recommended  this awesome hotel to us. We book our room through email and they are efficient enough to service us. Overall,  This hotel is new and clean. I can't stand with those old and untidy hotel room....  They provided WiFi and free breakfast, they even have indoor swimming pool~~~~ How great! Their room is big and their toilet is clean! They provide breakfast every morning, but the breakfast is just SOSO.... nothing special and their drinks are tasteless >.< Oh ya, they do have a small counter at their lobby which you can ask for day tour and cab service to transfer you to airport with acceptable price. We stay there for 5 days 4 nights. Check out their website>  bangkokcityhotel

Reception counter ! Their staffs are friendly enough and they speak English well.  

Place for us to have our breakfast. 

We reach BKK around 5pm, so after we checked in and settle things down, we are ready to hunt for food cause we are hungry like hell..... When we step out from hotel, a tuk-tuk driver offer us to send us to dinner and he promise to wait us outside and bring us to night market after dinner. And yes, we got cheated. T.T

Look at the restaurant he sent us to, freaking expensive and high class restaurant ! 

We paid about RM130 for these 3 foods ( tomyam soup, chicken fried rice and spring roll) . Worst case is, the tuk-tuk driver disappear after we came out from the restaurant and luckily we haven't pay him. * but I think he already got his commission from the restaurant *  

Went to Siam Discovery after dinner and see who we met ! HAHA~~~ Siam Discovery is a shopping complex which is alike with Mid Valley . Most of the brand are branded so don't expect to get cheap thing inside. But there is a Naraya outlet ,can visit this outlet cause less people and no need to *squeeze* with other customers. 

There are lots of cool shop with unique design. 

Loft! It's something like Parkson in Malaysia. You can get authentic Iphone/ Ipad casing here. Stuff selling inside make Julius and Yvonne crazy.... they are struggling which to buy cause there are too many cute stuff there....

We stay in the complex for around 1 hour and we found out there is a night market opposite it. Forgotten to take a photo of the night market >.< The night market is selling alot of pretty and cheap stuff, we did enjoy shopping there. So, remember to visit the night market when you are in BKK! It's just opposite Siam Discovery and there is a sky walk for you to reach there! 

We are too tired cause we walk non-stop and we get a tuk-tuk to go back hotel . And Julius got his new hairstyle after taking tuk-tuk due to the strong wind. Haha....
